Hereafter Krystal Limousines shall be known as "the company" and the person signing the confirmation shall be known as "the hirer". It will be deemed that the hirer accepts responsibility for him/herself and for every person in his/her party and fully agrees to the conditions of hire as follows:

1a) All bookings are by pre-booking only and must be confirmed with a deposit by return of post before it is accepted as a confirmed booking.

1b) The balance must be paid 14 days prior to the hire.

2a) In event of any alteration or cancellation, the deposit paid will be forfeited.

2b) The same conditions shall apply to the balance if not notified of cancellation in writing 14 days prior to the hire.

3) The company can accept no responsibility for adverse weather conditions, e.g. snow, which may cause delay or cancellation.

4) Whilst every effort is afforded no responsibility can be accepted for any breakdowns however they are caused. However every effort will be made to continue the journey or a refund will be given.

NOTE - In the event of conditions 3 or 4 no responsibility will be accepted for missing connections, functions or consequential loss however caused.

5) SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED IN THE LIMOUSINE. THE USE OF NARCOTICS WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. ALCOHOL NOT SUPPLIED BY THE COMPANY IS NOT PERMITTED UNLESS AGREED BY THE COMPANY. CONSUMPTION OF FOOD IS NOT PERMITTED.

6) Alcoholic drinks supplied by the company must not be removed from the limousine.

7) The hirer shall be fully responsible and liable for any damage caused to the limousine by the hirer or any member of his/her party. The hirer will be liable for all reasonable repair costs plus any loss resulting from loss of bookings. This includes incitement to any third party that results in damage / loss.

8) THE COMPANY OR ITS CHAUFFEUR RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ENTRY TO ANY PERSON THEY DEEM UNFIT FOR ANY REASON AND CAN REFUSE TO CONTINUE A JOURNEY IF ANY PERSONS BEHAVE IN A MANNER THAT MAY BE DETRIMENTAL TO OTHERS OR THE LIMOUSINE. IN THIS EVENT NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN.

9) There will be a £100 excess payable by his/her party for any vomiting or loss of bodily fluids inside our vehicles.
